"Katy"-acrylic and fabric on wood 2'x2'
This painting was inspired by this girl Katy I met working in London. She shares my birthday (February 28th) although I think I'm a year older than her. She's a painter (I think from Long Island) and I was always interested in her work because it is so opposite of her. She's this funky, full of life, spiked, rips and safety pin gal, but her paintings are formal-ish oils.
